All items shown on our site are in stock at the time of photography, however we are a unique shop at "hand selected" items and do not have a warehouse full of merchandise. Thus, there is a chance that an item may no longer be in stock or available. We will however, make every attempt to acquire any given product for our customers.

We are relatively a newcomer to the e-business world and cannot foresee the response we will receive to this website. Please be understanding while we evolve into the modern age of e-commerce. Shipping

We offer three shipping options for delivery within the United States and one shipping option for international delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Most items are in stock, but in limited quantity. If an item is not in stock you will be notified within two business days as to how long it will take to arrive to your location.

We use U.P.S., FedEx, and for larger items Roadway Express.

Freight or Shipping charges are not a source of revenue for us, we therefore only charge what we are charged for shipping and insurance.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

On Online orders, we do not accept checks, cash or C.O.D.'s

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.2% will be added to all orders to Washington State addresses. Sales tax will not be added to shipments going outside the state of Washington.

Damaged Items

If an item received by you is damaged in shipping, be sure to keep all packaging materials along with the original box and call our "Website" customer service department toll free at 1.888.577.2356 8:30am - 5:00pm PST Monday - Saturday. Or, you may E-mail us at Sales@shopkpr.com. All shipping costs will be refunded.

Return Policy

Items may be returned to us as long as we are notified within 5 days that the item is not satisfactory. The item needs to be put back in the original packaging, including the packing slip.

Please follow these 4 steps:
  • Contact our "website" customer service department toll free at 1.888.577.2356 8:30am - 5:00pm PST Monday - Saturday.
  • We will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Write the RA number on the Shipping Label which was included in your shipment.
  • Ship the package U.P.S., be sure to insure and package properly. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit.
